Welcome to Little Wonders Montessori Preschool!

We are delighted to provide loving care and educational guidance for your child during his or her preschool years. Working with you, we can make your child's preschool experience everything you wish it to be - a time of personal growth, academic discovery and positive social interaction.

Little Wonders Montessori Preschool is set up in a two-part structure composed of two separate schools, one dedicated to early preschool curriculum and basic progressive Montessori activities (18 months through 3 years), the other focusing on a kindergarten prep curriculum and more advanced Montessori activities (3 to 6 years). We offer rolling admission and accept students at any age between 18 months and 5 years.

Students at both schools enjoy an engaging daily schedule that includes Montessori curriculum, arts 'n' crafts time, outside time in a safe and spacious yard and two to three circle times during which teachers read stories and review letters, numbers, science and cultural studies. With a ratio of 1:4, our teachers are able to provide one-on-one attention to each student. Our weekly extracurricular activities include music, yoga, show 'n' tell, gardening, book day and baking. We host a Fall Festival every autumn and a graduation party every summer, as well as several pajama parties throughout the year that take place on Friday evenings from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. We also offer parent/teacher conferences twice a year, in the fall and spring.

90% of our students move on to more traditional private school settings. Feedback from the present schools of former students confirms that children graduate from Little Wonders self-assured and ready to embark upon their educational journeys. Some of our former students are currently enrolled in the following schools: Convent & Stuart Hall, The Hamlin School for Girls, Holy Name School, Lycée Francais, St. Cecilia School, St. Gabriel School, Synergy School and a small number of highly-rated public schools.
